Revamping My Books: New Covers and Fresh Stories

New year, new cover!

As I celebrate 10 years of self-publishing, I’ve been feeling especially reflective, which led me back to where it all began: my debut trilogy, The Obi Series. I started the revamp with Melodies of Love, and reading your reviews has genuinely filled my heart. If you haven’t left one yet, I’d be so grateful if you did, it truly means more than you know.

I’ve also lovingly re-editedĀ Starting Over Again, deepening the tension, leaning into the emotions, and giving it a beautiful new cover. This story holds a very special place in my heart, and I would be incredibly thankful to everyone willing to read, review, and share it.

šŸ’– About the Book

Abandoned by her husband and left to care for a sick child, Onome is desperate to find a job. After several failed attempts, she eventually lands a role at one of the most prestigious banks in Lagos. Just as she begins rebuilding her life after divorce, she finds herself irresistibly drawn to her new boss Nnamdi, a man infamous for his womanising ways.

Scorched by a scandalous family secret, single father Nnamdi has sworn off deep emotional attachments. But something about Onome and her daughter, Fejiro, begins to break down the walls he’s built around his heart. Just as he starts believing in forever, Onome’s past comes knocking.

✨ If you love workplace romance, second chances, slow-burn attraction, and emotionally layered love stories, this book is for you!

Melodies of Love has been lovingly refreshed, with a beautiful new look both inside and out. You can find it wherever eBooks are sold, with paperback copies available on Amazon, and print editions making their way to bookshops in Nigeria and Ghana.

She has a fortress built around her heart and finds it hard to trust. Can she forget the bitter past and allow love to find her once again, or is the past enough to shatter her dreams of happily ever after forever?

Ikenna, one of Nigeria’s highest paid musicians, is finally at the top of his game. He has fame, more money that he could ever dream of, and the life he has always wanted. He seems to have it all, but something is missing. In spite of all the women who persistently threw themselves at him, the one person he can’t seem to forget is Adaora. He has manipulated events to bring her back into his life, but will he be able to convince her to give them another chance, or will the bitterness of the past destroy their chance at happiness?

I’m so excited to finally share this with you. My second YA novel will be out in April 2026. Yay! This story explores appearance versus reality, and I honestly cannot wait to place it in your hands.

Blurb At 23, Nnedi Ifezue leaves her hometown of Enugu for her youth service in Abuja, determined to document her daily struggles in the big city through her vlog. But with few viewers and little traction, her dream of becoming a voice for young women begins to slip away.

Almost overnight, Nnedi’s life transforms, designer clothes, luxury handbags, romantic getaways. Lawrence becomes both her muse and her brand. Her channel explodes as they rise to internet fame as the ultimate ā€œIt Couple,ā€ the picture-perfect love story everyone envies.

When they relocate to the UK to build their future together, it feels like the next chapter of a fairytale. But behind closed doors, the dream begins to unravel. The life Nnedi presents to the world hides a truth she can no longer ignore.

What happens when the perfect couple’s story begins to fracture even while the camera is still rolling?

I’m incredibly excited about this season and all that this year holds. Thank you for walking this journey with me. It means more than I can say.
